About the Role
We’re looking for a Repairs Supervisor to join our team in Basildon. In this role, you’ll lead a team within a defined work stream or project, ensuring high service standards and KPI achievement. You’ll manage resources, oversee day-to-day operations, and deliver services on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage operatives and subcontractors, ensuring performance meets KPIs.
- Oversee inspections, quality assurance, and governance of trade activities.
- Deliver a compliant, safe, and resilient service within budget constraints.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure operational excellence across multiple sites.
About You
- Level 3 trade qualification and Blue CSCS card.
- Strong operational management experience in a trade environment.
- Proven ability to manage multi-site workforces and deliver services within budget.
- Excellent time management, IT skills, and a proactive approach.
- Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months).
