Are you a seasoned property professional with a passion for delivering high-quality repairs services? We’re looking for a Repairs Contract Manager to lead operational delivery across responsive repairs, drive performance, and manage key relationships within a fast-paced public sector environment.

Your new role

• Leading a team of 2 Technical Surveyors and 2 Business Support Officers
• Overseeing the operational delivery of responsive repairs and managing a wholly owned contractor
• Taking ownership of Stage 1 complaint resolution for repairs
• Driving service improvement, customer satisfaction, and contractual KPI performance
• Collaborating across teams to deliver strategic objectives and continuous improvement

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience managing large reactive repairs contracts
• Strong understanding of property services operations in public or private sector environments
• Skilled in performance management, dispute resolution, and stakeholder engagement
• Commercially astute with a track record of delivering efficiencies and service transformation
• Confident in leading teams, managing budgets, and navigating complex compliance frameworks

Bonus points if you’ve worked with systems like Civica or NEC, and have experience in change management and governance.

Full UK driving licence required ⏰ Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours work

What you'll get in return
