Repairs Assistant Glasgow Temporary Immediate Start

Your new company

A well-established housing provider is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Repairs Assistant to support their busy Property Services team for an initial 3-month period. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation committed to delivering high-quality services to its tenants and communities.

Your new role

  • Act as the first point of contact for tenants reporting repairs
  • Log and process repair requests accurately using internal systems
  • Liaise with contractors and internal teams to schedule and monitor works
  • Keep tenants informed throughout the repair process
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure service standards are met
  • Provide general administrative support to the Property Services team

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within housing or property maintenance
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using IT systems and databases
  • A team player with a proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Knowledge of housing repairs processes

What you'll get in return

£19.64 per hour (PAYE)

3-month contract initially
