A well-established housing provider is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Repairs Assistant to support their busy Property Services team for an initial 3-month period. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation committed to delivering high-quality services to its tenants and communities.
Your new role
- Act as the first point of contact for tenants reporting repairs
- Log and process repair requests accurately using internal systems
- Liaise with contractors and internal teams to schedule and monitor works
- Keep tenants informed throughout the repair process
- Maintain accurate records and ensure service standards are met
- Provide general administrative support to the Property Services team
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within housing or property maintenance
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using IT systems and databases
- A team player with a proactive and solution-focused approach
- Knowledge of housing repairs processes
