Your new role

This regulatory solicitor role will see you handle a varied and interesting regulatory caseload. This will involve handling a caseload centred around fitness to practice cases. These cases will involve a mix of matters ranging from fraud to sexual misconduct and will include clinical failings and competence matters.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a regulatory lawyer with 5 years' pqe. With a good range of experience, you will be adept at providing a first class service and at helping to supervise more junior lawyers.
