Your new role

This regulatory role is for a barrister to represent regulators and to advocate at final hearings. The cases will be based around the full range of professional misconduct. In addition, you can look forward to playing a wider role in advising clients and to working with clients on streamlining the provision of legal services.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a barrister with regulatory experience. Advocacy experience in a professional disciplinary/fitness to practice environment is ideally preferred.
