Your new role

  • Managing and supervising all aspects of our rehab facility.
  • Overseeing the management of staff, inclusive of staff training, supervision and assessment of competency.
  • Audits of all aspects of treatment
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
  • Providing leadership and guidance in areas such as safeguarding and risk management.
  • Ensuring that the service is continuously improving, developing in line with changes to national guidance and in line with stakeholder feedback.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience of being a CQC Registered Manager in a rehab or similar hospital setting is essential.
  • Strong background in substance misuse, nursing, counselling or mental health – minimum 5 years.
  • Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent understanding of medication management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • This is a Monday to Friday role, although there is additional weekend work available.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership or equivalent required.
