Regional HR Advisor

Your new role
The HR Advisor plays a key role in delivering proactive and responsive HR support across the region. Acting as the first point of contact for managers and employees, the Advisor ensures the consistent application of HR policies and procedures, supports employee relations matters, and contributes to initiatives that foster engagement, inclusion, and compliance.
This role serves as a vital link between operational teams and the HR Business Partner, escalating complex or high-risk issues as appropriate and helping to maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.
You will be based onsite and will travel to locations inside and outside of the M25.

What you'll need to succeed
CIPD L3 min (or equivalent)
Experience of managing Employee Relation cases end to end
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Hold a driving license and have your own car (essential)
