This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven coordination role, ideal for someone with strong recruitment administration or talent acquisition operations experience, who thrives in a structured yet fast‑moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination & Administration

- Schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring diary management, room bookings, and virtual meeting coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear, professional, and timely communication.
- Prepare and distribute interview packs, offer documentation, and recruitment correspondence.
Recruitment Systems & Compliance
- Maintain accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with UK employment legislation and right‑to‑work regulations.
- Support pre‑employment checks including references, right to work, and documentation verification.
Stakeholder Support
- Work closely with hiring managers to guide them through recruitment processes and timelines.
- Provide recruitment updates, status reports, and pipeline visibility.
- Support recruiters and talent partners by removing administrative bottlenecks and improving workflow efficiency.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Produce recruitment metrics and reports (time‑to‑hire, candidate pipeline, SLA tracking).
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Support ad‑hoc recruitment projects and peak‑period hiring activity.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Proven experience in a recruitment coordination, recruitment administration, or talent acquisition operations role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using ATS platforms and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
Desirable
- Experience supporting recruitment within a regulated, engineering, technical, or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with hybrid working recruitment models.
- Experience producing recruitment data, reports, or dashboards.
Personal Attributes
- Professional, resilient, and calm under pressure.
- Proactive and postinfectiously, with a strong service mindset.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Why This Role
- Opportunity to contribute to a high‑impact recruitment function during a key period.
- Exposure to best‑practice recruitment operations within a structured organisation.
- Hybrid working with a Bolton‑based hub.
- Competitive salary aligned to upper‑market UK benchmarks for recruitment coordination roles.
