Hays are partnering with a leading premium automotive organisation to hire a Recruitment Executive focused on Future Talent (graduates, apprentices, placements) across the UK.
The Role
A 180 delivery role focused on managing candidates through the recruitment process and supporting high-volume Future Talent hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage candidate delivery for graduate, apprentice, and placement roles
- Screen and progress applications in line with SLAs
- Support and attend assessment centres across UK sites
- Use ATS systems to manage recruitment activity
- Deliver a strong candidate and stakeholder experience
About You
- Recruitment delivery / coordination experience (high-volume preferred)
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- ATS experience
- Willing to travel to UK assessment centres
- Full UK driving licence essential
