I’m working with a fantastic charity based near Twickenham who are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a brilliant opportunity to play a key role in shaping the organisation’s recruitment strategy – not just for paid staff, but also for volunteers who are vital to the charity’s mission.
You’ll be joining a values-led organisation that’s committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture, and you’ll be instrumental in helping them grow their workforce and volunteer footprint.


Your new role

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for staff and volunteers
  • Partnering with hiring managers to scope roles and create engaging adverts
  • Coordinating campaigns with Marketing and using social media to attract talent
  • Screening candidates, arranging interviews, and supporting selection processes
  • Producing recruitment reports and metrics for the leadership team
  • Managing the ATS and volunteer database
  • Supporting policy development and delivering recruitment training

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in recruitment
  • Confident using ATS systems and recruitment metrics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Organised, proactive and able to work independently
  • Experience in the charity or not-for-profit sector is a bonus!
