Your new company
I have partnered with my long standing client to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator. This is a brand new role for my client and will provide them support as they build up to their busy period. Although this is an FTC, there could be a longer term role available.
Your new role
My client is looking for a passionate Recruitment Coordinator, who will be able to provide a high level of service to candidates and stakeholders. You will support with arranging interviews, communicating with candidates and getting involved in both HR and Recruitment projects.
Key duties
- Manage interview scheduling, ensuring a smooth and timely process for both interviewers and candidates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates, guidance, and an excellent overall experience.
- Post job openings, maintain requisitions, and support hiring managers with administrative recruitment tasks.
- Support the Head of Talent Acquisition with any talent related projects.
- Coordinate assessments, background checks, and pre‑employment documentation.
- Maintain candidate data and ensure ATS (Workday) accuracy and compliance.
- Conducting initial screening calls with candidates.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials in partnership with the HR team.
- Support with HR Administration and HR projects as and when needed.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous recruitment or recruitment coordination experience, either in-house or agency background
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Confident communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with great attention to detail
- Proactive and can-do attitude
What you'll get in return
This role can be considered both on a full-time and part-time basis. My client embraces hybrid working, typically with 2 or 3 days in the office.
You will need to be a car driver for this role. There is free parking onsite. Salary is c35,000, but there could be a little bit more for the perfect candidate.
