  • Streamline onboarding workflows to create a consistent, efficient, and compliant process across the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including DBS checks, right-to-work documentation, and safeguarding requirements.
  • Collaborate with site managers and HR colleagues to align onboarding practices with organisational standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all documentation is completed in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on onboarding best practices.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for senior HR leadership based on audit findings.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in HR onboarding within healthcare or medical settings.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance requirements (DBS, right-to-work, safeguarding, GDPR).
  • Excellent organisational and auditing skills, with the ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across multiple sites.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results within a fixed timeframe.
What We’re Looking For

  • A collaborative team player who can work across different sites and stakeholders.
  • A problem-solver who can balance operational needs with regulatory obligations.
