Your new company

I am currently recruiting for a new Recruitment Advisor vacancy for a global organisation and household name. This is a contract role until the end of December 2025, but there could be a longer term potential.

Your new role

This role sits within a high performing team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment within a range of business units, mainly corporate functions. You will take briefs from line managers, create and post job adverts, screen CVs and also headhunt candidates via a range of sources. This role works alongside a recruitment coordinator, enabling you to find top talent!
This role will be a mix of higher volume recruitment and niche harder to fill roles.

What you'll need to succeed

My client is looking to interview and start within a few weeks. There will be a 2 stage process, potentially 1 interview in person in my clients’ beautiful offices.
To be considered for this role, you will have previous recruitment experience (agency or in-house), have great stakeholder management and be able to commit to the length of the contract.

What you'll get in return

Hybrid work pattern (3 days in office), subsidised canteen and a great office!
