Recruitment Administrator – Immediate Start (6–8 Weeks Temp, Potential Extension)

Your new company

A fast‑paced, national organisation is seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis, starting immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a high‑volume environment, is highly organised, and can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

Your new role

You’ll be supporting a busy internal recruitment function responsible for UK‑wide hiring across operational and managerial roles. The team has recently undergone significant organisational change, resulting in a surge of new vacancies and increased demand.

You will be involved in:

  • Managing a high volume of vacancies
  • Using an ATS
  • Screening applications and shortlisting candidates
  • Coordinating and booking interviews
  • Running recruitment reports
  • Liaising with hiring managers
  • Supporting recruitment activity across a range of locations and settings
  • Handling UK‑wide roles
This is a role where you’ll be trusted to get on with things. The hiring manager is managing a huge national remit, so you’ll need to be confident, proactive, and able to work independently.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in high‑volume recruitment administration
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Confidence using ATS platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels
  • A self‑sufficient approach
  • Ability to start immediately

What you'll get in return

  • Immediate start with potential for extension depending on workload
  • Hybrid working with flexibility on days (typically on-site mid‑week)
  • Opportunity to support a major UK‑wide recruitment operation
  • Salary: £30,000–£35,000 (DOE)
  • Hours: Full-time, 8:30am–5:00pm
  • Location: Hybrid – 1–2 days per week on-site (Warrington area)
