Temporary Receptionist required for a Tameside based company (Stalybridge). Immediate start.

Your new role

As the receptionist working for our long-standing reputable client based in Stalybridge, you will be responsible to ensure all visitors and calls are welcomed in a professional manner, helping and assisting with any queries and providing basic admin support when needed.

Day to day tasks will include:-
Answering the main switchboard, taking and transferring calls and messages, welcoming in and recording guests/visitors, providing refreshments, managing the meeting room diary and booking rooms, assisting the team with basic admin duties - filing, shredding etc.
This is a temporary role until Xmas which will then be reviewed.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous Receptionist experience/Front of house - taking calls and meeting and greeting visitors
Professional with excellent clear verbal communication skills
Helpful can do attitude
Computer-literate - MS Word
Able to commit for approx. 3 months duration
