Receptionist – 10–12-Month Contract (Potential Temp-to-Perm)

Your new company

Join a leading construction and infrastructure organisation working on a major local road improvement project. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team delivering essential improvements to the community.

Your new role

As the Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and staff at the site office. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting and signing in visitors
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Handling incoming calls and post
  • Providing refreshments for meetings
  • Scanning and organising documents
This is a 10–12-month temporary contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.
Working hours are 7:30-15:30 with a 30-minute lunch break.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Professional, friendly, and proactive approach
  • Immediate availability to start
