Receptionist & Office Coordinator | On-site | West End | Boutique Asset Management Firm

Your new company

You will be joining a well-established, independent investment firm based in London’s West End. The organisation has a strong heritage and an international client base, managing significant assets on behalf of institutional investors. With a close-knit headcount, the business prides itself on a collaborative and professional working environment.

Your new role

As a Reception and Office Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth and professional running of the office. Acting as the first point of contact, you will deliver a high-quality front-of-house experience for clients, visitors, and employees alike.

This is a varied and hands-on position, combining reception responsibilities with wider office coordination duties. You will take ownership of the front-of-house functions, manage meeting rooms, coordinate office logistics, and support the day-to-day operations of the London office.

Alongside this, you will oversee facilities management, liaise with external suppliers, coordinate office maintenance and repairs, and support health and safety checks. You will also assist with administrative tasks, monitor office-related spending, and help ensure that the workplace remains well-organised, fully stocked, and running efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have proven experience in a front-of-house or reception role, ideally within a professional services or financial services environment, alongside experience in office coordination or facilities support.

You will be confident supporting senior stakeholders and delivering a high level of service to VIP clients. A proactive, hands-on attitude is essential, along with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability will be key, as well as confidence in liaising with suppliers and managing costs effectively. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, is also required.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will have the opportunity to join a reputable and supportive organisation in a pivotal, highly visible role. You will gain exposure across all areas of the business, working in a collaborative office environment where your contribution will directly impact the employee and client experience.

This is a full-time, office-based position offering a structured working week and the opportunity to develop your skills within a professional and well-regarded firm.
