- Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately
- Answering and transferring calls in a courteous manner
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Booking meeting rooms and coordinating appointments
- Supporting general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, excellent communication skills, and a professional, approachable manner. Strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask will be key to your success in this role.
