Experienced Reception Teacher Job, January till Easter, Full-Time, Birmingham

Location: Well-regarded primary school in Erdington

Contract: Temporary, 5 days per week

Start Date: January 2026

End Date: April 2026

Your new role

They are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Teacher to join their team for a full-time temporary position. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in the Early Years Foundation Stage, delivering high-quality teaching and learning to young children.

You must be available for a paid trial day ASAP.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Reception or Early Years
  • Strong knowledge of the Little Wandle phonics
  • Commitment to planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
