• Plan, deliver, and assess high‑quality teaching and learning in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that promotes curiosity and early independence.
• Work in partnership with parents, colleagues, and external agencies to support early learning and development.
• Track and record progress using school systems and contribute to EYFS team planning.
• Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and safeguarding at all times.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in Early Years, ideally within a Reception class.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child‑centred pedagogy.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, supportive teaching style.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to raising standards.
