Your new role

Hays are looking to recruit an ECT to teach in Reception at one of our partner primary schools in Stretford, Trafford. This is a maternity cover on a long-term supply basis, with the potential for a contracted position at the end of it.

For this post we are looking for a teacher who:

• Has experience of working with children within the Early Years
• Has experience of teaching phonics
• Has good knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework and the National Curriculum
• Holds high expectations of achievement and behaviour for all pupils
• Is able to inspire, challenge and motivate all learners
• Is hardworking, resilient and well-organised
• Is committed to their professional development, both individually and as part of the team
• Is willing to engage in all aspects of school life
