Real estate litigation lawyer sought by high profile Manchester law firm.

Your new company

This Manchester law firm has a very strong brand and a well regarded real estate litigation team.

Your new role

This real estate litigation solicitor role will see you handle a broad range of property litigation matters. This will include advising on lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, rights of light, restrictive covenants and boundary disputes. You will also handle possession claims and trespass actions as well as property insolvency and enforcement work. The client list is impressive and you can look forward to working closely with these clients as well as playing an active role in business development initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a real estate litigation lawyer with 2-5 years' pqe with good technical skills and a real enthusiasm to develop your knowledge and your career.
