Real estate lawyer sought at Legal Director level by one of Manchester's leading law firms.

Your new company

This Manchester law firm operates both nationally and internationally and has a first rate real estate team.

Your new role

This real estate solicitor role will see you join the team at Legal Director level. The work will involve a genuinely broad mix of investment, development, landlord and tenant and acquisitions and disposals. The client list is truly impressive and includes a number of household name entities. You can expect to be involved in some cutting edge real estate deals, working across the wider team and across offices.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a real estate lawyer operating at Senior Associate or Legal Director level. With a well rounded technical skill set, you should be able to provide commercial solutions for clients.

What you'll get in return

This is a rare opening at a senior level to join one of the best regarded real estate teams in the market. The role offers career progression to partner level. The remuneration available is some of the best in the market and the firm can provide plenty of hybrid flexibility.
