This popular City firm with a well-regarded real estate team is looking to hire an ambitious associate to join a team specialising in site acquisition and development projects for their clients. This will negotiating development agreements and conditional contracts and advising on potential title problems through to completion as well as supporting on larger projects. You will be familiar with site acquisition and disposals documents, conditional contracts, option and development agreements, land transfers and SDLA returns. Clients will include registered providers of social housing and care homes, through to private developers.
