This central London firm ranked Tier 1 for real estate work is looking to hire a high-calibre lawyer to work closely with two partners on complex development/regeneration projects. Whilst you will have exposure to development and investment work for a variety of clients, acting for developers will be a large part of the role. You will need solid experience of site assembly, development constraint analysis, rights of light, funding arrangements, pre-lets, planning conditionality and overage.
