This market-leading real estate firm is looking to hire an ambitious lawyer to work closely with two partners advising two blue-chip UK asset managers on the full range of sales and acquisitions/financing/complex agreements for lease transactions in a variety of sectors (retail/restaurant/industrial/office). You will also advise a range of Central London estates on asset management matters including headleases/property rights/rights of light. As well as your technical expertise you will be expected to participate fully in business development, particularly with the Central London estates.
