A prestigious international law firm is seeking a talented and commercially-minded Real Estate Associate to join its thriving London office. This is an opportunity to work on high-value, complex transactions across the full spectrum of commercial real estate, including investment, development, and asset management.

Your new role

• Advising institutional investors, developers, and corporate occupiers on acquisitions, disposals, and lettings.
• Supporting major development projects, including mixed-use schemes and regeneration initiatives.
• Working closely with colleagues across planning, construction, tax, and finance to deliver integrated solutions.
• Managing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified E&W solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE in commercial real estate (guidelines only).
• Strong technical skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience working on complex transactions, ideally within a leading City or international firm.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
