Are you a talented solicitor with a passion for real estate finance and development? I'm seeking a junior to mid-level Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality matters across property finance, development, and landlord and tenant work.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising lenders and developers on property finance and development finance transactions.
Handling commercial and residential development matters, including site acquisitions and disposals.
Drafting and negotiating leases and managing landlord and tenant relationships.
Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless client service.

About You:

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1–4 years PQE (guideline only).
Experience in property finance and development work is essential.
Strong technical skills and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
A proactive team player with a keen interest in real estate law.
