Your new role

• Advising on investment and development finance transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security documentation.
• Managing deals involving senior and mezzanine debt, revolving credit facilities, and syndicated loans.
• Collaborating with experts across banking, real estate, construction, planning, and tax.

What you'll need to succeed

• UK-qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in real estate finance.
• Strong experience acting for lenders/creditors, with the ability to switch to borrower-side representation.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills.
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a growing team.
