Real Estate/Commercial Property Paralegal role in Leeds. Only experienced candidates need apply.

I am looking to speak with experienced Real Estate/Commercial Property paralegals in the West Yorkshire region for an opportunity to join a Leeds-based Real Estate team and support senior colleagues across a range of estate management, acquisitions and disposals, and telecoms infrastructure matters.

This role is only suitable for candidates with clear and demonstrable prior experience as a real estate or commercial property paralegal. Please note: candidates without the above experience will not be shortlisted.

You will assist with high‑profile estate management work and support a leading EV charging provider with the national rollout of its charge points. You will also work on a growing portfolio of telecoms projects for major UK infrastructure providers.

The real estate and telecoms sectors continue to grow rapidly, driven by technological innovation and increased infrastructure demands—making this an exciting time to join and develop your expertise.

You’ll become part of a dynamic Real Estate team in Leeds, working with professionals who advise prominent UK and international retailers, hotel operators, and private equity investors on complex matters. You will collaborate closely with experienced Partners, Associates, Solicitors and Paralegals in a supportive, knowledge‑driven environment where clear, practical advice is at the heart of what they do.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Undertaking title due diligence and preparing reports on title
  • Drafting a range of estate management documents such as leases, licences, surrenders and deeds of variation
  • Negotiating and completing code‑compliant telecoms leases and renewal leases
  • Supporting multi‑site projects within a wider team
  • Participating in internal and external progress calls and meetings
  • Contributing to internal and external training sessions

Benefits

The firm offers a competitive remuneration package with opportunities for performance‑related bonuses. You’ll have access to a wide range of development and training programmes to support your career progression.
