This popular City firm with a strong real estate practice is looking to hire a lawyer to join their Post Exchange Team which deals with a large number of transactions from the point of exchange of contracts to completion and beyond to registration. You will be responsible for the daily workings of the team including management of multiple workflow trackers, calendar management, supervision of the paralegals and trainees, dealing with client enquiries, progress reports and reviewing post exchange and post completion processes to ensure that they are as efficient as possible. Previous experience of post completions essential, as well as dealing with matters in volume (for example a residential conveyancing or plot sales role)
