Site Agent - Rail - Tier 1 Contractor - Oxford - Civils

Your new company

You will be joining a leading organisation delivering rail infrastructure works on a major project in Oxfordshire. The business operates across complex, highly regulated environments and offers long-term project continuity.


Your new role

Take ownership of site delivery on a major rail project, ensuring safe, compliant and on-time execution of works.

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations in a live rail environment

  • Manage subcontractors and direct site teams

  • Ensure full compliance with Network Rail standards and procedures

  • Monitor programme, progress and site performance

  • Maintain high health and safety standards across all activities

  • Liaise with key stakeholders to support smooth project delivery


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience working on Network Rail projects

  • Previous roles as a Site Agent, Sub Agent or Site Manager within rail

  • Strong knowledge of NR standards, processes and site compliance

  • SMSTS and valid CSCS card

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under pressure
