Site Agent - Rail - Tier 1 Contractor - Oxford - Civils

Your new company

You will be joining a leading organisation delivering rail infrastructure works on a major project in Oxfordshire. The business operates across complex, highly regulated environments and offers long-term project continuity.

Your new role

Take ownership of site delivery on a major rail project, ensuring safe, compliant and on-time execution of works.

Oversee day-to-day site operations in a live rail environment
Manage subcontractors and direct site teams
Ensure full compliance with Network Rail standards and procedures
Monitor programme, progress and site performance
Maintain high health and safety standards across all activities
Liaise with key stakeholders to support smooth project delivery

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience working on Network Rail projects
Previous roles as a Site Agent, Sub Agent or Site Manager within rail
Strong knowledge of NR standards, processes and site compliance
SMSTS and valid CSCS card
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under pressure
