Your new role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in the Record to Report workstream of the Practice Management System programme (ERP). You’ll be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, designing effective solutions, and supporting implementation efforts. The role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders across the business, leading workshops, managing relationships, and ensuring solutions align with strategic goals. You’ll also contribute to testing, training, and post-implementation support.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, specifically within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of Record to Report processes and business systems. Must be an expert
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams of analysts and subject-matter experts.
• Experience in solution design, testing, and user training.
• Previous Accounting experience required.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality and compliance.
