With continued growth and new developments underway, they’re looking to bring an experienced Quantity Surveyor into the team.

Your new role
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual elements of multiple projects, from early cost planning through to final account. Working closely with internal teams and external contractors, you’ll help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key duties include:
- Preparing and managing cost plans, budgets and tender documents
- Handling subcontractor procurement and valuations
- Monitoring spend, forecasting and reporting
- Advising on contract terms and risk management
- Supporting project teams with commercial decision-making
What you’ll need to succeed
You’ll have solid experience as a Quantity Surveyor within commercial construction, ideally with exposure to developer-led projects. You’ll be confident managing your own workload and comfortable working across multiple schemes. You’ll also need:

- Experience with JCT contracts and commercial reporting
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
- A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery
