Your new role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial management of projects from early stages through to completion, working closely with operational and commercial teams. Your role will involve cost control, forecasting, subcontractor account management, and change control, ensuring contractual compliance and commercial performance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will have prior experience as a Quantity Surveying within construction or civil engineering. Experience working within the utilities or similar regulated infrastructure sectors would be advantageous, along with a working knowledge of NEC forms of contract. You will be commercially aware, confident in managing subcontractors, and able to communicate effectively within a collaborative team environment.
