Your new role

Working as a Quantity Surveyor in their Nottingham office, this role provides the chance to work on a varied mix of projects across several sectors, with a strong emphasis on custodial and residential schemes. As the portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for someone who is confident across the full Quantity Surveying lifecycle — from cost planning and pre‑contract work through to final accounts — and who is keen to broaden their responsibilities as the team evolves. An interest in enhancing our social value initiatives and contributing to community engagement would be a real advantage.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years’ post‑graduate experience and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team. They will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proven ability to interpret and follow instructions accurately. Confidence in client‑facing situations, along with a professional manner and polished presentation, is essential. They should also be able to prioritise effectively, work efficiently, and remain composed under pressure.
