Your New Role
You will provide expert quantity surveying services across pre- and post-contract stages, ensuring value for money and compliance with best practice.
Responsibilities include:
You will provide expert quantity surveying services across pre- and post-contract stages, ensuring value for money and compliance with best practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing contractor quotations and tender submissions
- Conducting site visits and interpreting drawings
- Managing contract administration and financial reporting
- Supporting leaseholder cost recovery processes
- Leading on benchmarking and value engineering initiatives
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- RICS membership with significant post-qualification experience
- Strong commercial and financial management skills
- Proven track record in delivering complex construction projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
