QUANTITY SURVEYOR

They are a major provider of construction‑related services across the Midlands and East Anglia, delivering earthworks, demolition, waste management, and material supply. Their operations span a large fleet, multiple quarries, recycling centres, and concrete facilities, supporting projects from early groundworks through to site completion. With an integrated service model, they play a key role in enabling efficient, end‑to‑end delivery for contractors and developers.

Responsibilities

They oversee the full commercial management of projects, from contract review and subcontract procurement to valuations, cost reporting and final accounts. The role ensures accurate financial control, timely certification, strong client relationships and proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle. They support the wider team, uphold professional standards, and contribute to securing future work while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety.

What we are looking for?

  • Degree or NVQ in Quantity Surveying
  • CSCS Card
  • Experienced in Earthworks projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer literacy (use of emails, etc.)
  • Knowledge of NEC / JCT contracts
  • Chartered Member of RICS / CIOB
  • Experience working as a subcontractor
