About the Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing costs, contracts, and commercial performance on large-scale civil engineering projects. You’ll work closely with project teams to ensure financial control, accurate reporting, and compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans
- Administer contracts and manage subcontractor accounts
- Monitor project progress and produce accurate financial reports
- Identify and manage risks, variations, and claims
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Proven experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
