Quantity Surveyor - Freelance - 3 Month Contract - Full-Time - Water - Office Based - Immediate Start

Your new role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll manage the commercial and contractual aspects of water infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing budgets, forecasts, and monthly CVRs, handing valuations and final accounts, assessing variations, and supporting cost tracking and dispute resolution. You'll also attend client meetings, negotiate terms, assist with tendering, and implement reporting systems.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree/HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience

  • Previous experience in water or heavy civil sectors

  • Strong Knowledge of NEC contracts (Options A & C preferred)

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

  • Full UK driving licence
