Quality Planner – Luxury Automotive Brand
Step into a world where craftsmanship, precision, and innovation define every detail. We are seeking an experienced Quality Planner to join a prestigious luxury brand renowned for creating exceptional products tailored to the highest standards of excellence.
About the Role
In this role, you will be central to ensuring product and process quality across key areas of interior trim and seating. You’ll use your analytical mindset, problem‑solving expertise, and deep understanding of quality methodologies to drive continuous improvement and uphold uncompromising standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading quality planning activities across the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with stringent internal standards.
Steering quality processes, monitoring performance, and driving corrective and preventative actions.
Analysing complex quality problems, prioritising issues, and ensuring timely resolution through structured problem‑solving processes.
Supporting specialist departments with the development of effective measures to enhance defect prevention and process efficiency.
Conducting and managing process and system audits, ensuring compliance with international quality standards.
Facilitating cross‑functional working groups, enabling smooth communication and issue escalation where required.
Providing coaching and guidance on quality methods, processes, and tools.
What You’ll Bring
A degree or HND in Production, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in a quality-focused role within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
Strong working knowledge of quality methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, Pareto analysis, and problem‑solving frameworks.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and measurement reports.
Experience working with or auditing against international standards (e.g., ISO/TS standards).
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex issues with clarity and confidence.
Fluent English: additional languages are an advantage.
