Due to continued investment and project expansion, they are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to support operations on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

Your new role

As a Quality Inspector, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured components meet stringent quality standards and customer specifications. Working within a high-precision environment, your duties will include:
  • Conducting dimensional and visual inspections using a range of tools (e.g. micrometers, verniers, CMM)
  • Interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation
  • Supporting root cause analysis and non-conformance investigations
  • Liaising with production and engineering teams to uphold quality standards
  • Maintaining accurate inspection records and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in a quality inspection role within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards
  • Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
  • Familiarity with CMM operation and programming (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
