Your new role
As Quality Control Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that all products meet internal and customer specifications. Working closely with the Technical and Production teams, you’ll carry out routine quality checks, monitor hygiene and traceability standards, and support the site’s compliance with food safety regulations. You’ll also assist in preparing for audits and maintaining accurate quality records.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a quality or technical role within food manufacturing or fresh produce.
- Understanding of food safety standards including HACCP and BRCGS.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts if required.
