A leading international engineering organisation is seeking a dedicated Quality Advisor to join its growing project team based in Warrington. Your new role

As a Quality Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with project quality standards and driving continuous improvement across all operational activities. You will support project teams in the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System, ensuring that all work is delivered in line with client requirements, statutory regulations, and internal procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the development, implementation, and review of quality plans and inspection/test documentation.
  • Conducting audits and inspections to verify compliance with internal and client specifications.
  • Managing non-conformance reports and supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Providing quality-related advice and guidance to engineering, construction, and project delivery teams.
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of handover documentation and quality records.
  • Promoting a positive quality culture across all levels of the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working in a quality function within engineering, construction, or process industries.
  • Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and associated quality management principles.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
    • Relevant qualifications in engineering or quality management (e.g. HNC/HND, IRCA, or equivalent).
