Your new role
You will be placed in a primary school setting, supporting pupils across various year groups. Roles may include working one-to-one with children with additional needs, supporting small group interventions, or assisting the class teacher with day-to-day learning activities. These long-term positions offer consistency and the opportunity to build strong relationships within the school community.

What you'll need to succeed

• A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or above)
• Experience working within a primary school environment
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, flexible approach
• Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
