Your new role

As a Nursery Practitioner registered with Hays, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of early years environments, supporting children with:

• Delivering engaging, stimulating activities aligned with the EYFS
• Supporting children’s physical, emotional, and social development
• Creating a warm, safe, inclusive environment
• Building strong relationships with families and colleagues
• Daily routines including feeding, changing, and developmental observations

What you'll need to succeed

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Recent nursery or early years childcare experience
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and the EYFS framework
• The ability to work well within a team and build children's confidence
