Your new role
- Delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5
- Supporting the nursery’s curriculum intent and aspirations
- Creating a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Leading your room team with confidence and professionalism
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ensuring compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and SEN legislation
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years Childcare (Level 3 preferred)
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as a room leader
- Sound understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and SEN frameworks
- Flexible, proactive, and willing to take on varied responsibilities
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
