- Supporting children through play‑based learning
- Helping with feeding, toileting, and personal care when required
- Setting up safe and stimulating learning environments
- Observing and recording children’s development
- Encouraging social interaction and early communication skills
What you'll need to succeed
• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, caring, and creative approach to working with children.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
