Your new role

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
• Development and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning support.
• Business partnering with operational teams to drive performance.
• Continuous improvement of reporting processes and systems.
• Supporting year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with post-qualification experience.
• Strong background in management accounting and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to interpret and present financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience with KPI development and performance reporting.
• Excellent Excel and financial systems skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
