The team is forward-thinking and motivational, committed to multi-agency and collaborative working to promote opportunities for both team members and customers.

Your new role

  • Conducting Care Act assessments
  • Performing Carers assessments
  • Engaging in safeguarding work
  • Collaborating closely with community health, charity, and voluntary organisations
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to promote strength-based and person-centred practices, supporting residents and ensuring that valued service users have the opportunity to enjoy a home of their own and live a healthy, meaningful life.
The team is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic qualified and registered social work professionals with a variety of skills and experiences. Whether you prefer duty work, long-term assessments, varied caseloads, or D2A work, the team wants to hear from you.
